Student Vice Chancellor

Student Affairs Department:

   Arranging accidents, documents, results table, taking care of students, distributing ID cards, conversions, exam results, etc. are among the main tasks of this office. Within the framework of this office, there is a student affairs management, and 3 agents and a work computer. Respected Professor Mohammad Nasser Akbari Master of Political Science holds this position. The Student Affairs Office has two chapters, one for the Vice Chancellor’s Office and the second for archiving documents and technical and computer activities.

Student Affairs Job Description:

• Collaborate with the President of the University on Student Affairs and give advice to improve student affairs;

• Supervising and leading the activities and affairs of the institutions related to the Student Affairs Department;

• Take the necessary measures to improve the curriculum in the faculties;

• Evaluate and review regulations, bills and procedures related to students and, if necessary, prepare an adjustment plan and propose it to higher authorities;

• Supervise the exams at the time provided in the exam bill.

• Plan the annual academic calendar of the university and send it on time for approval to the academic council of the university;

• Necessary actions regarding the admission of new students, registration of student results, academic acceleration, stabilization of exam suspensions and separation of absent and failed students, in accordance with the accepted criteria;

• Plan and implement the necessary measures to provide healthy extracurricular activities for students; Including: sports, artistic activities, social education and non-profit, in cooperation with the Deputy Director; • Completing statistics and statistics related to students;

• Providing the necessary facilities for the implementation of practical-field work of students;

• Chair of relevant committees;

• Necessary procedures for issuing and completing diplomas, diplomas and transcripts;

• Preparing and distributing identity cards to students and collecting them after graduation;

• Design and implementation of the bill of order and discipline;

• Reporting on annual activities to the President and Scientific Council of the University;

• Organizing and supervising the implementation of the decisions of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Higher Education in the student sector;

• Other duties assigned to him in accordance with the current rules and principles of the institution.
