Mawlana Jalaluddin Muhammad Balkhi Private University is one of the leading and elite universities in the country, which was established as the first private university in the northern zone in 2006 in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif with the diligent efforts of a man of knowledge, the martyr of Pohanmal, professor Muhammad Zarif Anuri, the late professor of Balkh University.
The Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Mawlana Jalaluddin Muhammad Balkhi Private University started its scientific activities with a department (Political Sciences and International Relations) since its establishment. This university has a standardized and approved curriculum by the Ministry of Higher Education with current standards and academic staff with higher education degrees (master, doctor), classroom facilities, and equipment that are equipped with the latest facilities and technology. This university is one of the best educational places in the fields (judicial, administrative, and political) in the country. The University of Law and Political Science was able to activate its law department in the framework of this university in 2009, and now it offers academic services in both of the above fields (law and political science and international relations) for young people who are thirsty for knowledge in this scholarly field. Until now, this university has presented more than 24 courses for graduates in both fields, which reach hundreds of people.
Since its inception, the University of Law and Political Science has been able to achieve significant qualitative and quantitative growth and development at the community level with the sincere efforts and perseverance of its scientific and administrative staff members. All members of the scientific staff of this university are permanent and have degrees such as doctor and master. Currently, this university has 18 permanent staff in its organization, two of them are doctors and the rest are masters. To provide standard educational services, this university has enough facilities and teaching equipment according to the educational needs of the day and provides its educational services in its standard form for those interested in knowledge.
The Law and Political Science Department has a written vision and mission and a five-year strategic plan, and each department has its written vision and mission and a five-year strategic plan. In this book, we try to provide the best educational services in the light of the laws, regulations, bills, and academic procedures of the honorable Ministry of Higher Education and the internal rules of Mawlana Jalaluddin Muhammad Balkhi University for the applicants of the dual fields of this book.
To have a picture of the method of its scientific activities, this directory has a catalog that, to standardize its academic and administrative affairs, the explanation of the administrative structure, education, curriculum, educational facilities, and equipment has been prepared and arranged so that in this way the basic, secondary goals and values that it believes in providing educational services are made available to the clients and in the light of it they can present their scientific criticisms to improve the academic and administrative affairs of this directory. We respectfully ask all the dear ones who read this catalog to share their healthy and valuable suggestions in the matter of serving and improving the process of providing educational services, to cooperate with this department.

Introduction to law and political science Faculty
The law and political science faculty was established in 1386 in the Private University of Mawlana Jalaluddin Muhammad Balkhi with a department (political science and international relations) and in 1389 it was able to establish a law department alongside the first department. This course has graduated hundreds of students, both female and male, from the fields of political science, international relations, and law in more than 24 rounds and presented it to the scientific and business community of the country.
The Faculty of Law and Political Science, along with its two departments (Departments of Political Science and International Relations and Law), is located in the first building of the university. 18 full-time professors with doctorates and master’s degrees teach at this university.
Therefore, creating a suitable scientific and academic environment, providing teaching and research areas for professors and students, raising the scientific capacity of professors and students, preparing and updating course materials from authentic and first-hand sources, teaching with new teaching methods (OBE and SCL), providing access to authentic scientific sources related to the field of study, creating practical work and internships for students, and providing professors and students access to scholarships are the main goals of this university.
