Job Description of E-learning Committee
1- Identifying academic staff members interested in electronic education, persuading, and encouraging them to use electronic education.
2- Presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the head of the university.
3- Document all the activities of the committee for presentation in university evaluations.
4- Educational needs assessment of academic staff members, employees, and students in the field of electronic education
5- Holding training workshops related to electronic training.
6- Formation of sub-committees according to the interest and ability of the members
7- Identification and definition of practical projects in the field of electronic learning and efforts to implement projects.
8- Holding regular monthly meetings according to the academic calendar to exchange opinions and resolve ambiguities to create coordination in activities.
9- Preparation and compilation of research projects related to electronic education.
10- Follow-up to create the necessary infrastructure for the establishment of electronic education in the university.
11- Creating distance-learning courses in the field of electronic learning for faculty members.
12- Interacting with other universities inside and outside the country and developing cooperation in the field of electronic education.
13- Submitting a report to the vice president of student affairs.
