The Message of the Dean of the Faculty of Law
Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi Private University is one of the leading and elite universities in the country, which was established as the first private university in the northern zone in 2006 in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif. With the diligent efforts of the scholar Martyr Pohanmal, Professor Mohammad Zarif Anuri, the late Professor of Education, and the education of Balkh University, I am proud that I have been cooperating with this university as a scientific member for a long time. The law and political science, which were created in the framework of this university at the same time as the establishment of the university, With an established diplomatic-administrative department with a standardized curriculum approved by the honorable Ministry of Higher Education that meets current standards, academic staff with at least master’s degrees, and classroom facilities and equipment that are equipped with the latest technology, one of the best places for education is our country. In 2009, the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences was able to activate its Judicial-prosecution department within the framework of this faculty, and now it provides academic services in both of the above fields (administrative-diplomatic and judicial-prosecution) for young people who are thirsty for the knowledge of Mawlana’s homeland. From the beginning of the establishment of the faculty of law and political science until now, due to the sincere efforts and perseverance of the academic and administrative staff members of this faculty, it has been able to grow and develop significantly in terms of quantity and quality at the university. The academic staff members of this faculty are all permanent, and they all hold high academic degrees such as doctorate and master’s. Currently, the faculty of law and political science in its official organization has… permanent professors, of whom two are doctors and the rest, are masters. The provision of standardized educational services has sufficient facilities and teaching equipment in accordance with the educational needs of the day, and the educational services are provided in a standardized form for those who are interested in knowledge.
The faculty of law and political science has a written vision and mission and a five-year strategic plan, and each department has its own written vision and mission and a five-year strategic plan. In the faculty of Law and Political Science, it is tried to provide the best academic services in light of the laws, regulations, descriptions, and academic procedures of the Honorable Ministry of Higher Education and the internal rules of Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University for the applicants of the dual majors of this university. So that our services are effective in training legal and political careers and reduce the lack of human resources in this field.
This catalog was prepared and arranged in order to standardize the academic and administrative affairs of the curriculum and to explain the administrative-educational structure, curriculum, and educational facilities and equipment’, so that in this way the basic, secondary goals and values that we provide educational services are understood.
