Planning Committee:
Planning in any organization is one of the most vital components through which the process of identifying and defining goals, determining activities with its implementation schedule, designing the desired situation and preparing measures and tools to achieve goals and accurate measurement of costs and cost description. Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University is also inspired by the guidelines accepted by the Ministry of Higher Education; Has established a planning committee within its framework. Experienced and knowledgeable people with the principles of management and planning work in the composition of the members of this committee.
Planning Committee Job Description:
• Organizing regular committee meetings in accordance with the division of monthly working hours.
• Plan and prepare an adaptive action plan for the strategic plan of Rumi University.
• Prepare a bill of duties for committees, associations of Rumi University if needed.
• Plan and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual work plans if needed for cultural, administrative and service branches.
• Preparation and arrangement of effective solutions to improve the implementation of bills and regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education, legislative documents of quality assurance and accreditation of the Ministry and Rumi University for the teaching and administrative branches of the university if necessary.
• A quarterly review of how the operational plan and strategic implementation of the five-year plan of Rumi University are implemented in a timely manner.
• Cooperation and guidance of the University Quality Assurance Committee, sub-committees on quality assurance of faculties in making operational plans for the implementation of legislative correspondence, standards and checklists of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee of the Ministry.
• Preparation of safety plans in agreement with the administrative deputy for the relevant units in order to rescue students and university staff in emergency situations caused by fire, earthquake, etc. Unexpected accidents.
• Evaluate and develop the plans of Rumi University committees such as quality promotion committee, examination committee, quorum committee, gender committee, research committee, finance committee.
