Brief introduction of the law department
The Law Department of Law and Political Science of Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi Private University was established in 2009 within the framework of this law and it has been active for 13 years. The purpose of establishing this department is to train expert and committed staff in legal, judicial, and judicial fields in the fields of research, teaching, and practical-professional work. The Department of Law currently has nine permanent academic staff with master’s degree
Vision
The Judicial Department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, according to the general vision and ideology of the Faculty of Law and Political Science and its comprehensive plan, is determined to pursue its scientific and educational services in the field of judiciary and prosecution with accepted standards. At the national level, so that in the near future its graduates will be able to cover a large percentage of the seats in the judiciary, the’s Attorney’s Office and the provincial law, as well as be able to provide legal services, defense advocacy and legal aid.

The Judiciary and Prosecution Department, in order to facilitate a better platform for providing educational services, tries to always use new and updated teaching methods (OBE / SCL) to train professional staff in the field of judiciary and the Attorney General’s Office and to the country’s judicial community. , Offers valuable services.
