Message from the Dean of the Education Faculty:
I am extremely pleased and proud to be working as the head of the Faculty of Education at Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University, which is one of the leading universities in the country’s academic field, especially in the northern zone!
Faculty of Education Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University with a capacity of seven departments “Dari literature, Pashto literature, English literature, science, religious sciences, social sciences and mathematics and physics” was established in 1390 and by 1399 a total of (442) graduates It has been learned that in practice, a large number of them, as teachers in public and private schools, serve the children of the homeland. .
The faculty of education has experienced teachers with experienced professors who have master’s or bachelor’s degrees, who perform their duties of teaching and other academic affairs with special interest.
In the faculty of education, there are sufficient facilities and equipments to advance the teaching and administrative affairs with high capacity of human resources, which have been developed in order to implement the vision and mission, and the five-year strategic plan of this faculty. And perform a special interest.
This booklet has been prepared to standardize the academic affairs of the faculty and to better explain the administrative, educational, curriculum, and facilities of the faculty. Introduction of the faculty
Department of Education The Faculty of Education was established and started in 2012 within the framework of Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University in Mazar-e-Sharif. Graduated from this faculty, 29 experienced professors with doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees, with scientific experiences and rankings, teach on a permanent and contract basis.

The mission of education and training is to empower all members of society in the direction of all-round development and to provide the flourishing of talents hidden in humans and also to empower society to recognize its creativity and talents. It will not be possible to make proper use of reformist methods in the direction of the set goals that are away from any excesses, especially in the field of society and politics, without attention and lack of strengthening and expanding the educational system.
The ups and downs that developed countries have gone through until now they have reached this stage; And also the difficulties and challenges faced by developing and undeveloped societies, all the poems point to the fact that unless the educational system is reformed and established and unable to fulfill its serious responsibilities, any change in other sectors will fail. Therefore, the mission and responsibility of education is very heavy. On the other hand, the seriousness of this responsibility, the importance, and necessity of the special and fundamental attention of the planners and managers of the country and the government to the subject of education and training.
The issue of paying attention to the educational system in transition countries is of particular importance and sensitivity. Because the transformation of these societies from limited and closed and mechanical structures and demands to dynamic, open, flexible, and organic structures and demands is undeniable. It will not be possible to successfully go through such a difficult and difficult path without enriching the educational and training system.

With the design of this strategic plan, we intend to draw appropriate solutions to improve our programs and realize our development programs to be good and reliable partners with the government and the scientific people of Afghanistan. By designing this program, we intend to fulfill our responsibilities in the direction of offering scientific and educational programs to our people and nation in the best way. Since its establishment, this educational institution has been able to provide a valuable service to our society by providing professional staff in key departments and high officials. This strategic program is trying to strengthen its academic reputation in the areas of management and leadership, teaching, scientific research, creating new courses, providing better services, creating new courses, equipping laboratories, building the capacity of professors and employees, creating advisory committees with the university administration, and other programs, and suitable solutions for the growth of science and science creation in the world and Afghanistan’s needs in the field of creating a specialized workforce and producing knowledge and thought, is trying to outline its five-year development perspective by preparing the second strategic plan and plan suitable solutions to improve its plans and realize its development programs to be a good and reliable partner with the Afghan government and society.
