Appointment and segregation committee
This committee is responsible for matters such as appointment, segregation, promotion, and reviewing documents of teachers. The inclusion and removal of members of the academic staff of the university is done through the mentioned committee. This committee consists of 10 members, headed by Dr. Mohammad Nasser Haider, Academic Vice-Chancellor.
Job description of appointment and segregation committee
1-Organizing regular monthly meetings.
2- Arrange a meeting if there is a need to recruit staff.
3- Evaluation of all academic documents of the candidates.
4- Implementation of the staff transfer mechanism in private higher education according to the first decision of the Ministry of Higher Education Leadership Council of 2018.
Duties of segregation.
1- Arrange the meeting if necessary.
2-Evaluation of the teacher’s hierarchy document evaluation through professorship and academic assistantship.
3-Evaluation of the hierarchy document evaluation. Administrative and service employees through the administrative assistant.
4- Examining the responsibility of the candidate of the segregation.
5- Taking the final decision on the case. Moreover, send the final decision to the Academic Vice-Chancellor.
6- Submitting a report to the Academic Vice-Chancellor.
