The Department of Quality Improvement and Accreditation was established in 2012 within the Ministry of Higher Education. The purpose of establishing this department is to develop a quality higher education system. This department launches, monitors and takes care of the quality improvement and accreditation process. This department provides the necessary facilities for setting quality standards for higher education, encourages quality improvement, continuously monitors quality improvement programs, and Ensures that minimum standards are met by higher education institutions.
The Quality Improvement Department was established in 2013 with the aim of monitoring and evaluating scientific programs and planning to improve the quality of programs, based on laws, regulations, bills, National Higher Education Strategy, Quality Assurance Bill and Strategic Plan of Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University. Quality Improvement Department as one of the steps under the influence of the Vice Chancellor of the University as a dual nature (administrative-academic) department after effective activities to improve the quality of scientific programs at the level of the institution, by the decision of the Academic Council and the Administrative Council of the University. And an employee was added to the formation. This section is conducted by Professor Emal Atai; He has a master’s degree in criminal law and criminology. Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University, after establishing the quality assurance department in this university, carried out the necessary activities based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education and completed the required criteria from the stage. The first was promoted to the second stage in the year. In the second stage, Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University created the necessary development in its technical fields and services and adjusted its activities according to the checklist and quality assurance criteria. Now (1399) Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University is a candidate for the third stage of accreditation.
Introducing the Quality Assurance Officer
Mr. Aimal Atai was born in Mazar-e-Sharif, Balkh province, in 1988. After graduating from the Afghan-Turkish International High School in Mazar-e-Sharif in 2006, he left for India to continue his education. He completed his studies and after returning to his homeland in 1390, he was appointed as a professor in the Faculty of Law of Rumi University. After a while, the ratio of merit and competence that he emerged as the director of quality improvement was determined and they gave a new color and prosperity to this office. He is now the Director of Quality Improvement with top management.
